As part of this policy, birthing and non-birthing fathers receive the flexibility to avail of these leaves over a period of two years. The minimum number of leaves that can be availed in a single tranche is two weeks and the maximum is as high as six weeks. In case of any added complications, our employees can also apply for additional leaves, given Pfizer India’s liberal leave policy. This initiative by Pfizer India is a significant move towards fostering inclusion, diversity, and equity within our organisation and recognising employee needs even outside of the workplace.
